A credit is how usage is measured. Everything read and written for a task, a question, a summary, an extraction, is counted in tokens, and tokens convert into credits.
How much a task costs depends on the task. A quick question might use a small fraction of a credit. Summarising a long document uses more.
Every plan includes 50 credits per month, free, and they reset automatically at the start of each period.
